RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Shelby Company gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online OR in-store within 14 days from the date your order was purchased (in-store) or shipped. Orders MUST still have original tags attached or the return will be declined. 

If you need to return an an online item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

The Shelby Company offers exchanges for the same item in a different size (size availability is not guaranteed) when we are notified of the request within 14 days from the date your order shipped. Customer is subject to additional shipping fees. 

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care within 5 days of delivery or within 7 days of an in-store purchase. 

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your purchase to be processed.

Standard Shipping orders take 5-7 days for delivery. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States. 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier (USPS) directly before contacting us. All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We are not liable for items that are marked delivered by the carrier.
